Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the Sim de la Mode website and iOS app. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the app. If you are under 18, please review these terms with a parent or guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating and using your account.

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and end-user licence agreement.

The app and website are provided for educational and entertainment purposes. Although the content is based on real fashion-industry knowledge and experience, no particular educational, career or business outcome is guaranteed. The content is general information and should not be treated as legal, financial or other professional advice.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Purchases, delivery and refunds

Sim de la Mode’s learning content is organised into missions and levels. Some content is free, while some missions or levels may be available as separate one-time purchases within the iOS app.

Consumer purchases made in the iOS app are processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Sim de la Mode does not receive or store your card or bank details.

Purchased content is supplied digitally and should become available in the app after Apple confirms the purchase.

No physical goods are supplied.

Requests for refunds of App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com and are handled under Apple’s applicable terms and policies. Sim de la Mode cannot issue App Store refunds directly.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

Intellectual property

The original content and materials created for Sim de la Mode—including mission design, games, text, graphics, video and associated materials—are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, images and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Sim de la Mode content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory rights and protections provided by the laws applicable to you.
